PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
HS-D02 / D03 is a purely electric heat shrink tube heating machine, suitable for various electronic wire harnesses, new energy wire harnesses, energy storage wire harnesses and other products requiring heat shrink tubing.
1. The machine adopts resistance heating wires, featuring fast temperature rise and energy saving.
2. Equipped with a high-speed fan to deliver uniform heat, ensuring no deformation or discoloration after heat shrinking and stable product quality.
3. Simple delay timer for easy operation; heat shrink time can be adjusted according to product characteristics, with high baking speed and efficiency.
4. Intelligent temperature control system allows free adjustment of heating temperature to meet the requirements of different products.
5. Desktop-type structure with compact design; multiple shapes and sizes of air nozzles are available to fit various products.
6. Double-layer heating box with high-temperature insulation cotton (heat resistance up to 1200℃) in between, preventing overheating on the outer surface, improving working environment and reducing energy waste.
