PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

HS-848PH Heat Shrink Tube Heating Machine is closed-type with a welded frame structure, specially designed for the heat shrinking or baking of small-sized products such as wire harness heat shrink tubes, heat shrink film packaging, circuit boards, inductance coils and copper busbars.

• It is heated by far-infrared heating tubes installed on the top, bottom, left and right sides for simultaneous all-round heating. Equipped with a high-speed centrifugal fan, it agitates heat evenly during heating to maintain a constant temperature inside the entire chamber. This ensures the products being heat-shrunk or baked are heated uniformly on all sides, preserving their original properties. The finished products remain non-deformed and non-discolored with consistent quality after the heat shrink or baking process.

• It adopts a high-temperature resistant Teflon mesh belt (temperature resistance: 0~350°C) for assembly line feeding, enabling fast baking speed and high working efficiency.

• Featuring a welded frame structure, compact and exquisitely designed, and available in both floor-standing and table-top versions for dual functional options.

• The intelligent control system allows free adjustment of heating temperature and conveying speed, which can adapt to the temperature and heat shrink time requirements of different products.

• An independent control cabinet is installed away from high-temperature areas. The heating chamber has a double-layer structure filled with high-temperature insulation cotton (temperature resistance: 1200°C) inside, which prevents excessive external temperature of the chamber. This not only ensures a comfortable working environment but also reduces energy waste.
