TC-3000FS semi-automatic single wire waterproof seal stripping & crimping machine is customized for waterproof wire harness manufacturing. It integrates three core working procedures: waterproof seal threading, wire stripping and terminal crimping into one integrated multi-station unit.

The all-in-one design greatly saves workshop space, simplifies production workflows and shortens processing cycle. It finishes the whole manufacturing process of waterproof wire harness in one machine, effectively reduces separate working steps, lowers manual operation difficulty and greatly improves production efficiency.

PRODUCT FEATURES

1. Flexible adjustable stripping length: Stripping dimension can be freely set via touch screen to fit various wire specifications.

2. Adjustable waterproof seal insertion depth: The penetration depth can be precisely adjusted according to reserved rubber length between wire stripping opening and seal to meet waterproof sealing standards.

3. Adjustable terminal insulation wrapping depth: The crimp wrapping depth is adjustable via wire stop positioning to unify finished harness appearance and waterproof performance.

4. Servo-driven terminal crimping unit: High-efficiency servo motor powers stamping movement, supporting high-speed crimping with low operation noise and consistent crimp force.

5. Servo ball screw stripping slide table: Servo motor matched with ball screw transmission delivers ultra-high positioning accuracy and tiny stripping length error.

6. Servo-controlled cutting blade system: Replaces traditional air cylinder stripping structure. Blade opening size can be directly set on touch screen for easy parameter adjustment.
