PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

TC-20BD Series Fully Automatic Wire Stripping and Crimping Machine is an integrated equipment developed for refined wire harness processing. It can complete the whole process of wire stripping and terminal crimping at one time, suitable for processing various conventional and special wires, and widely used in electronics, home appliances, automobiles, precision instruments and other wire harness processing fields.

There are two models in this series, only differing in the power of the core wire stripping actuator. Both machines adopt electric-pneumatic combined power (electric control system and servo crimping are electric; waste adsorption and auxiliary positioning are pneumatic), instead of pure electric or pure pneumatic equipment. The two models share the basic body structure, with the same crimping accuracy, and can meet different processing scenarios and precision requirements.
