PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The HY-BS200 crawler-type braided shield brushing machine is a dedicated wire harness processing equipment designed for de-braiding, combing and separating the braided shielding layer of shielded wires, coaxial cables, braided wires and similar products.

Adopting a dual-crawler nylon brush wheel structure, it efficiently and evenly unbraids the wire shielding mesh, replacing traditional manual operation and significantly improving processing efficiency and product consistency. It is an ideal pre-processing equipment for electronic wire harness, communication cable and new energy wire harness industries.

PRODUCT FEATURES

1. Durable & Stable Crawler Brushing Structure

The core processing unit adopts a dual-set crawler brush wheel design with high wear-resistant nylon filaments for long service life. The crawler-type operation brushes the wire shield layer evenly in all directions, delivers consistent de-braiding effect, and supports continuous batch processing with high operational stability.

2. Dual Adjustable Design for Wide Compatibility

Wire Diameter Adjustment: Equipped with a crawler spacing adjustment knob to flexibly adjust the gap between two brush wheels, compatible with wires with diameter from 1mm to 30mm.

Speed Adjustment: Equipped with a stepless speed regulation knob, the motor speed is adjustable from 0 to 1800 rpm.

3. Complete Safety Protection for Long-term Operation

The top is equipped with a high-transparency acrylic protective cover, which effectively blocks debris splashing during brushing and enables full visual observation of the processing status.
