The AC-3150 is an industrial-grade professional machine dedicated to the efficient and precise processing of large square cables and wires. It is positioned as a high-performance “Cable Cutting Machine,” with its core mission being ultra-high precision and efficiency in fixed-length cutting, complemented by a powerful optional single-end (wire tip) stripping function. Utilizing a hybrid servo/stepper drive, non-marking belt feeding, and an intelligent touchscreen control, it is designed for demanding applications involving large-diameter, long-length cable cutting in industries such as harness processing, electrical engineering, and automotive manufacturing.

2. Revolutionary Non-Marking Feeding Technology: Employs an advanced 16-roller driven belt feeding system. During feeding, multiple belts uniformly grip and pull the cable from all sides, completely avoiding the indentations or surface scratches caused by traditional rollers.

3. Extreme Precision & Ultra-Long Stroke: Offers a cutting length range from 1mm to 99999.99mm (nearly 100 meters), meeting various short and long wire requirements. The servo-driven cut blade, combined with precise algorithms, achieves industry-leading cutting tolerance: ≤ 0.002 × L.

4. High-Efficiency Intelligent Cut & Strip Integration: While achieving a cutting efficiency of up to 1800 pieces/hour, it integrates a powerful front-end stripping function (stripping length 1-800mm). Optional “Stripping Pressure Boost” and “Full Conduit Stripping” modes enable clean stripping of wire tips, including heavy insulation and jackets.
