The factory of Henan Yuyi Trading Co., Ltd. covers an area of over 50 acres with fixed assets valued at 1.5 million RMB. Strategically located in the Automotive Industrial Park of Changyuan City Industrial Cluster, adjacent to the Changyuan exit of the Da-Guang Expressway, the plant benefits from a superior geographical location and excellent transportation accessibility.

Our factory possesses strong technical capabilities and a well-structured talent team. It is equipped with more than 300 sets of various inspection, production, and testing equipment. The facility features flexible processing lines for product manufacturing and final assembly lines. We have established five major functional production and R&D bases encompassing machining, gear manufacturing, heat treatment, gear grinding, and final assembly. The factory also houses a provincial-level Engineering Research Center and an Engineering Technology Research Center.

 Our factory is equipped with advanced machinery including Mitsubishi gear hobbing machines, Liebherr gear grinding machines, Mori Seiki multi-tasking machining centers, Doosan and Mazak CNC lathes, CNC grinding machines, computer-controlled atmosphere multi-purpose furnaces, imported Klingelnberg gear testers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), spectrometers, and various online and offline inspection instruments.

 Gear production utilizes dry-cutting technology, emphasizing our commitment to green and environmentally friendly manufacturing. Automated loading and unloading production lines are implemented in the product manufacturing process, reducing the impact of human factors on product quality. Strict technical standards, meticulous assembly procedures, and rigorous testing methods are enforced throughout all assembly stages, ensuring stable and reliable product quality.
